Melissa Casillas

Melissa Casillas grew up dancing at Pavlova Dance Studio in Tijuana Mexico training in styles like ballet/point, jazz, contemporary, acro, lyrical, hip hop, and musical theater. While also being part of the competition team Pas de Chat competing nationally and internationally; along with teaching dance to kids from ages 5-14. She’s attended intensives like Joffrey Ballet School, Ballet Hispánico, The Dance Awards, ACDA, The Ailey School and many others.

She is currently obtaining a BFA in Dance at Texas Tech University and plans to graduate in 2026, in addition, her most recent work has been in “Lubbock Lights” by Flatlands Dance Theatre performed in Texas.
